Assistant Commissioner Sahnsa, Yaser Mahmood Chaudhry, Tehsildar Muhammad Ishaq, and Chairman of Municipal Committee Sahnsa, Raja Shakil Zia, engaged in negotiations with the students, recognizing the validity of their demands and the urgency for immediate action.

As the protest unfolded, Raja Shakil Zia reached out to Chaudhry Muhammad Akhlaq, a prominent member of the Assembly and a staunch advocate for the freedom movement, to seek his support and intervention. The students found solace in the assurance provided by Akhlaq, and as a result, temporarily halted their protest.
