Azad Kashmir: Another case of a Kashmiri youth allegedly committing suicide has emerged in Rawalpindi, where the police declared the death as a suicide without conducting any thorough investigation.

Syed Zia Bukhari, the son of Syed Fiaz Hussain Shah, was employed at the JS Bank branch in G 6, Islamabad.

He had been residing with Osman Chaudhry, a resident of Kamalia (Pakistan), for the past two months, and their wedding was scheduled for May 9th and 10th.

He seemed extremely happy and content with the upcoming marriage, and had plans to secure employment for his future wife at the bank as well his friends tells to Azadi Times.

On Saturday, he was found dead in his room, with both his arms severed. ASP Ghulam Rasool of Abpara Police Station is insisting that it was a case of suicide.

However, questions arise as to how the person could sever the nerves of one arm to the extent of amputation, and then proceed to do the same to the other arm manually.

Moreover, how could nerves be cut to the bone using a blade, and one blade was found wrapped in tissue paper? Rawalpindi is becoming a killing ground for Kashmiris.

The family of victim urge human rights organizations, the Punjab government, the Punjab Police, and Kashmiri community residing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad to demand an impartial investigation into this murder.
