Chief Justice Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice Sadaqat Hussain Raja inaugurated the building of Judicial Complex (Court Civil Judge) Khoi Ratta. On this occasion, Justice High Court Sardar Ejaz Khan, Minister of Public Health Dr. Nisar Ansar Abdali, Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Information Small Industries and Environment Chaudhry Muhammad Rafiq Nayar, Deputy Commissioner Chaudhry Haq Nawaz, Axion Buildings Rizwan Shabbir Mirza, President District Bar Kotli Raja. Masood Khan, Senior Advocates and Bar Council, Kotli and Khoi Ratta Bar officials were also present. Chief Justice of Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice Sadaqat Hussain while addressing the ceremony said that today is a day of great importance as the Khoi Ratta Judicial Complex was inaugurated today. PPH is spending 60 percent of its budget on judicial infrastructure. The largest judicial building (in terms of covered area) is being constructed in Muzaffarabad. Khoi Ratta has 200 cases written for the Additional Tehsil Criminal Court. There should be incentives for the judges, they are also law graduates, I suggest that a one-member court should be established by making a law so that the shortage of courts will be completed without spending. In this way (72) better courts will be established. It is written that vacancies should be given for the establishment of an independent drug court. Judiciary is the only department that gives revenue to the government. The second floor of the judicial complex will provide bar room immediately. I will solve the problem of National Bank account in a week. This building is meant to benefit the poor people. Provide facilities to people. Lawyers should also protect themselves from Allah’s displeasure. The real parties are the poor people, give them justice. The work of the government does not stop. They do the work of the government urgently in the interest of the people. Minister of Public Health Dr. Nisar Ansar Abdali said that the building was completed on time due to the interest of the Civil Judge Khoi Ratta Mr. Chief Justice. A bar room will be built for lawyers. We are proud of our judiciary. The dignity of the courts has been restored and justice is being provided to the people. A drug court should be established so that cases related to drugs can be heard quickly. The public got relief from the appointment of new judges in Azad Kashmir. Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information, Small Industries and Environment Chaudhry Muhammad Rafiq Nair while addressing the ceremony said that the demands of Tehsil President Khoi Ratta Bar should be fulfilled. He demanded that the shortage of judges should be removed in Tehsil Khoi Ratta and funds will be provided by the government. Chaudhry Waseem Kifayat President of Tehsil Khoi Ratta Bar while speaking said that there is a flood of cases in Khoi Ratta while the staff including the judges of the subordinate judiciary. There is a lack of There is a shortage of chambers for lawyers, an account should be opened in National Bank Khoi Rata for depositing the amount of government fees. Javed Shah advocate also addressed the ceremony.
