MUZAFFARABD: Commissioner Muzaffarabad division Masood Ur Rehman holds an important meeting regarding the security of foreigners in Azad Jammu Kashmir (PaJK).

In which District Magistrate Muzaffarabad, District Magistrate Jhelum Valley, SSP Muzaffarabad, SP Special Branch, SP Neelum Jhelum, Assistant Commissioner Athamqam, Project Director Kohala Project, Project Director Neelum Jhelum, Project Director Paterend Project, Project Director Jagran Phase II, and Phase IV attended. The Commissioner, while reviewing Security Foreigners, said that after the recent terrorist incidents in Peshawar and Karachi, more steps need to be taken to improve the security of Foreigners. Checking should be done effectively at all the entry points of Muzaffarabad.

 

All information and accommodation of foreign tourists entering the Muzaffarabad division should be entered. Effective measures should be implemented for the security and peaceful residence of foreign people working in all ongoing projects in the division.

 

The representatives of all the projects were instructed to provide bulletproof vehicles, jackets, and helmets to the security personnel so that there is no loss of life in any unfortunate incident.

 

Earlier, a decision will be taken in the meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary. Full implementation should be ensured. The relevant police station and special branch should be informed before the transportation of foreign nationals and then clearance should be done. CCTV rooms should be installed at the residences of foreign nationals and regular security monitoring should be carried out.

There should be regular entry and transportation of foreigners working and visiting the residences and projects. No person will be allowed to disturb the law and order situation in this division. Strict action will be taken against the person doing so. The commissioner Muzaffarabad division thanked all the participants and the meeting ended.
