Khawaja Farooq Ahmed becomes acting PM of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

MUZAFFARABAD: (Azadi Times News Network April 12, 2023), Senior Minister Khawaja Farooq Ahmed became acting Prime Minister after the disqualification of Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanvir Alias in the contempt of court case.

On the other hand, Sardar Tanviraliyas announced this morning that he has filed an appeal against the disqualification in the Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir.

Disqualified while his plea for unconditional pardon was also rejected. Tanveer Ilyas is accused of using a threatening tone against judges in his speeches, the first time in the history of Azad Kashmir that a Prime Minister has been disqualified for contempt of court. Qualified.
