Maqsood Hussain Shah’s Death in Police Custody Sparks Outrage and Calls for Justice in Rawalakot

Rawalakot: (Azadi Times) In Rawalakot, the death of Maqsood Hussain Shah, a resident of Haveli Kahuta, while in police custody has sparked outrage and demands for justice from his family members.

According to reports, the Rawalakot police had taken Maqsood Hussain Shah into custody during the night and detained him at the station. However, he was found dead in a critical condition at CMH Rawalakot hospital the following morning.

The family members of Maqsood Hussain Shah have accused the police of subjecting him to violence and beating him up. They claim that after killing him, the police left him at the hospital in a dead state.

As a result, his family members have been protesting against the police and demanding justice for him. They have warned that if the police fail to arrest Maqsood Hussain Shah’s killers, they will stage protests throughout the state.
