Additional Sessions Judge Palistia Parmachal has sentenced Mohammad Shahnawaz, Mohammad Shoaib, Shahrukh, Rashid, Azad, Ashraf Ali Parvez, Mohammad Faisal, and Rashid to 7 years in prison in the North East Delhi riots case.
On March 13, the court sentenced 9 people. He was convicted. All the criminals have been sentenced to 7 years imprisonment and a fine of 20,000 under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code. All Muslim persons were charged by the Gokulpuri Police Station under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
